Speech Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Speech Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered speech and language therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders, developing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient’s rehab goals. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress accurately.
