About

Mercor is looking for a Level 3 / Tier 3 Network Support Engineer to help maintain existing infrastructure and support data-driven intelligent systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network troubleshooting and experience with scripting languages such as Python and Bash. This full-time position will involve collaborating closely with the client team to improve data quality and usability for machine learning systems. While the role is preferred to be in person in San Francisco, CA, candidates interested in remote work are also encouraged to apply if they meet the qualifications.
