About
The Analog Field Applications Engineer (AFAE) is responsible for partnering with Sales and providing Analog related technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. The AFAE proactively identifies current products and/or creative solutions to solve existing customer projects and create new functionality/opportunities. In this role, the AFAE uses in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to gain credibility and develop relationships with customers.
Primary responsibilities include: Collaborate with sales to grow TI's analog revenue with a targeted customer Work with the sales team to prioritize and target key and emerging accounts for TI growth opportunities Provide applications support to customers designing in TI products in their electronic designs Find new projects at assigned customers, find every socket within those projects, and convert those opportunities to win Engage with SEM and BU teams to ensure we influence roadmaps to align with assigned customer's opportunities, and plug them into our customers as needed Help facilitate executive discussions as needed to grow relationships at all levels with assigned customers Texas Instruments will not sponsor job applicants for visas or work authorization for this position.
