About
Develop and manage effective internal and external communications.
Support HR programs related to employee engagement, onboarding, and policy communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with company goals.
Assist in organizing events and programs that foster a positive workplace culture.
Maintain documentation related to HR processes and communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2-5 years of experience in HR, communications, or a related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with HRIS or HR systems and basic project management.
Familiarity with employment laws and EEO considerations.
Proficiency with standard office software and collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a technology or startup environment.
Experience in crisis/comms planning, employer branding, or internal communications platforms.
