Richardson, TX $40,000 $45,000 per year + Monthly Bonus Full-Time

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Basic healthcare terminology (required)
• Comfortable with high phone volume
• Comfortable working full-time in-office in Richardson, TX

BrightStar Care of Plano / North Dallas is a growing home care company serving patients and families throughout North & East Texas. We are looking for a dependable and motivated team member to join us in an entry-level sales support role.

• Answer incoming calls from hospitals, providers, patients, and families
• Follow up on referrals and new inquiries
• Enter and update information in our CRM and systems
• Coordinate communication between sales, clinical, and operations teams
• Ensure fast, professional response times

• Send emails and updates to referral partners
• Assist with tracking and organizing communication
• Help maintain accurate records and data entry
• Support basic administrative tasks

• Heavy phone use (multiple hours per day)
• Computer-based work (data entry, email, tracking)
• Fast-paced, structured environment
• Team-oriented with clear processes

• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Customer service or call center experience
• Medical office, front desk, or healthcare setting experience
