Entry-Level Healthcare Sales Assistant (In-Office)

Richardson, TX $40,000 $45,000 per year + Monthly Bonus Full-Time

BrightStar Care of Plano / North Dallas is a growing home care company serving patients and families throughout North & East Texas. We are looking for a dependable and motivated team member to join us in an entry-level sales support role.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from hospitals, providers, patients, and families
  • Follow up on referrals and new inquiries
  • Enter and update information in our CRM and systems
  • Coordinate communication between sales, clinical, and operations teams
  • Ensure fast, professional response times
Additional Support Tasks
  • Send emails and updates to referral partners
  • Assist with tracking and organizing communication
  • Help maintain accurate records and data entry
  • Support basic administrative tasks
