Supervises fulfillment associates (picking, packing, loader) and includes maintaining SOP compliance, training and development of team members including leads. Monitors product and supplies to ensure adequate levels are maintained for order volumes. Partners with Inventory Specialist and receiving team on location issues. Monitors general processing operations for quality picking, packing and shipment of all orders. Completes special projects as assigned by management. Responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance technology and innovation that will improve departmental effectiveness.

Warehouse production experience. Familiarity with Eclipse. Detail oriented with good organizational, writing, and documentation skills. Strong management, communication, motivational, and customer service skills. Demonstrated PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point. Able to work flexible and extended workdays based on business needs. Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner.

Shift: This shift starts at 2:00 PM 10:30 PM Monday - Friday Location: This role is based on site in San Leandro, CA Salary Range: This exempt position pays between $65,900 $79,899. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range of the role may differ based on the location of the role.
