Engineering Manager (assistant Site Engineer)

The Engineering Manager is the Engineering Director's principal assistant in all matters pertaining to the operation, maintenance and administration of the Engineering Division. He is the daily Foreman of the plant and oversees the performance of routine maintenance and repairs. Under the direction of the Engineering Director assigns, directs, and supervises the daily work. Oversees the operation, related to plant, power, sanitation, pools, water park and facility. Assigns and performs duties as necessary to ensure the Island Resort is a safe working environment and in operational readiness both front and back of house facilities
