Role Overview-
The successful candidate will provide office-based technical assistance to customers, distributors, and internal sales teams regarding products and systems. Key Responsibilities include-
* Provide technical support via telephone, email, and online communication channels.
* Assist customers with product selection, installation guidance, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis.
* Support the sales team with technical product information and specifications.
* Process technical enquiries efficiently and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
* Liaise with engineering and production departments to resolve technical issues.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, standards, and industry developments.
* Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Skills & Experience-
You will have a career to date in experience within a Technical Support or Customer Service where you will have developed strong communication skills, problem-solving, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. A strong team player who can also work effectively independently, you will be methodical in your approach and always looking to provide the best support possible to customers. A knowledge of electrical / electronic products would be advantageous but is not must have as Product training will be given.
Benefits-
Salary is dependent on experience plus wider business benefits including flexible / hybrid working.
Pay: £29,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
