Speech Language Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy within our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with regulatory standards. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and promote functional recovery in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding work environment focused on high-quality patient care and professional growth.
