Data Analyst – HR Systems About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical HR Data Analyst to drive critical HR data initiatives, with a core focus on designing, integrating, validating, and reporting complex data sets across Workday, E360, and Snowflake. This role acts as a bridge between HR Operations and technology systems, ensuring that enterprise-level data architecture remains robust, secure, and perfectly aligned with strategic business needs.
The ideal candidate possesses deep experience navigating HR data ecosystems, managing data quality frameworks, and delivering actionable reporting and analytics to business leaders. You will collaborate closely with HR, IT/Technology, and centralized Reporting teams to build an accurate, complete, and highly compliant data foundation.
Key Responsibilities Data Integration & Architecture Support Support the end-to-end design, data integration pipelines, and validation of HR information flowing across Workday, E360, and Snowflake environments.
Define, structure, and maintain detailed documentation for critical HR data elements, standardizing business definitions across platforms.
Create, review, and execute rigorous source-to-target data mappings to ensure technical systems ingest and process HR metrics accurately.
Data Quality, Governance & Validation Design and execute comprehensive data validation protocols to actively audit and maintain the overall health, completeness, and accuracy of the HR ecosystem.
Identify anomalies, discrepancies, or gaps in data records, collaborating with technical teams to implement permanent root-cause fixes.
Ensure strict alignment with corporate data governance standards and data privacy mandates concerning sensitive workforce records.
Reporting, Analytics & Cross-Functional Collaboration Enable advanced HR reporting capabilities by designing scalable dashboards, automated schedules, and ad-hoc analytics templates for leadership.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to distill complex business requests into clear technical data requirements.
Translate system capabilities into meaningful, user-friendly insights that support talent optimization and workforce planning initiatives.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience working directly with workforce information systems, core HR metrics, or enterprise data integration initiatives.
Demonstrated hands‑on familiarity with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) and core Human Capital Management applications (e.g., Workday).
Strong foundational technical skills, including basic SQL knowledge for query execution and data validation within data warehousing environments.
Experience creating comprehensive technical documentation, including data dictionaries and complex source-to-target mapping logic.
