Scope – What You Will Work On Depending on the team, you could work on connected service tools that improve resolution speed and reliability, data and API platforms that unlock growth and decisioning, customer and operational experiences that reduce friction across workflows, or sales products that equip teams with better visibility, insights, and execution capabilities. How We Work You’ll be part of a dedicated, cross‑functional team (Product, Design, Engineering) that is empowered to solve problems, accountable for outcomes, collaborative by default, and continuously learning from data and customer insight. Key Responsibilities Partner in Discovery & Solution Shaping Partner with Product Management and Product Design to deeply understand customer problems, workflows, and pain points Contribute to solution discovery, including ideation, prototyping, and evaluating multiple approaches Bring a technical perspective to help the team identify what is feasible, valuable, and worth building Challenge assumptions and propose alternative solutions that are simpler, faster, or more impactful Lead Technical Direction for the Team Guide the technical approach, architecture, and system design for your product area Make pragmatic tradeoffs between speed, scalability, maintainability, and cost Ensure alignment with broader platform and enterprise architecture where appropriate Identify and manage technical risks early, surfacing tradeoffs clearly to partners Own End‑to‑End Engineering Outcomes Deliver high‑quality solutions that meet standards for performance, reliability, security, and scalability Ensure strong engineering practices, including testing, observability, and CI/CD Maintain a high bar for code quality and system design through reviews and hands‑on contribution Drive continuous improvement of the product through iteration, feedback, and learning Own Outcome‑Oriented Delivery Partner with Product and Data to define and track success metrics and outcomes Focus on delivering meaningful impact, not just completing work Use data, customer feedback, and experimentation to guide decisions and prioritize improvements Balance short‑term delivery with long‑term product and technical health Contribute to a Strong Engineering Culture Help evolve engineering standards, patterns, and best practices across teams Promote a culture of pragmatism, simplicity, and high‑quality execution Collaborate with other tech leads to ensure consistency and leverage shared solutions where appropriate What We’re Looking For Strong full‑stack engineering skills (frontend + backend, APIs, modern architectures). Product mindset: Cares about users, outcomes, and why things are built. Technical judgment: Makes smart tradeoffs, avoids over‑engineering. Ownership: Takes initiative and influences decisions. Collaboration: Works effectively with product managers and designers. Key Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of software engineering experience Experience building and shipping production‑grade applications Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (frontend and backend) Experience working with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud environments Preferred Qualifications Experience working on cross‑functional product teams (Product, Design, Engineering) Experience contributing to product discovery or solution design, not just delivery Track record of technical leadership within a team (formal or informal) Exposure to data‑driven, automation, or AI‑enabled systems Experience with enterprise platforms or large‑scale distributed systems Experience building customer‑facing products Familiarity with modern engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, observability) Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience is equally valued. Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered. Annual Incentive reference value: 15% of base pay. Location & Travel Location(s): United States of America – Atlanta. Travel Required: 00% - 25%. Relocation Provided: Yes.
