Responsibilities Partner closely with stakeholders and quantitative teams to design and implement complex financial modeling solutions. Leverage expertise in finance and quantitative analysis to architect robust, scalable analytics systems. Write readable and well-tested code in multiple languages, paradigms, and platforms. Collaborate with business, development, IT, and trading support teams. Provide on-call support as part of a team-wide rotation. Maintain open communication with users for support, testing, and ensuring understanding of their needs. Qualifications Experience with applied mathematics (linear algebra, optimization, numerical methods). Strong understanding of statistics and probabilities. Quantitative modeling of financial products and derivatives. Fluent in functional, object-oriented, or imperative programming languages. Proficient with distributed version control, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes. Familiarity With Elixir, Python, Java, or C#. Pricing, risk management, and portfolio analytics. Exchange-traded financial assets, statistics, or financial engineering. Data structures and algorithm design/analysis. Ability to learn, adapt and grow. Personal humility, respect for others, and trust in teammates. Independent project ownership with a preference for collaboration. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, listening, and communication skills. Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary is $200k to $250k, based on experience and qualifications, with an annual discretionary bonus.
