About
What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire: Manage the day‑to‑day operations of our data management team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high‑quality deliverables and exceptional client service.
Be the data expert: Oversee data processing, quality control, and delivery, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
Build strong client relationships: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs, provide expert consultation, and deliver tailored data solutions that exceed expectations.
Drive innovation: Identify and analyse market trends, research new data sources, and contribute to the development of innovative data products and services.
Champion continuous improvement: Analyse and optimise team workflows, identify opportunities for increased efficiency and accuracy, and champion the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
What You’ll Bring:
Technical Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 5‑7 years of experience working with secondary data for marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industries.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, set clear goals, delegate effectively, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Data Management Prowess: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, working knowledge of SQL, and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like MicroStrategy or Tableau.
Client‑Centric Approach: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $70k to $140k. Individual compensation varies based on job‑related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package.
