Speech Language Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to deliver evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing services in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide one-on-one and group therapy to support functional communication and safe swallowing. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, you will educate patients and families, document outcomes, and contribute to a nurturing, high-quality, patient-centered environment with strong opportunities for professional growth.
