Speech Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Therapist to deliver evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide one-on-one and group interventions, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team. The role includes patient and family education, accurate documentation, and active participation in care conferences, all within a nurturing, dynamic, and growth-focused work environment dedicated to high-quality, patient-centered care.
