Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing services in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this patient-centered role, you will conduct evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy to support recovery and maximize functional independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care in accordance with regulatory and facility standards, all within a nurturing and rewarding work environment that supports your professional growth.
