Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality speech-language therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this patient-centered role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat adults with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders resulting from illness or injury. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, educate patients and families, and document outcomes to support safe transitions of care.
