Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions that promote functional communication and safe swallowing. Collaborating within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll educate patients and families, document progress, and support a nurturing, dynamic environment focused on exceptional, patient-centered recovery and professional growth.
