Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support functional communication and safe swallowing. You’ll educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to care planning in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
