Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will evaluate and treat adults with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders, developing evidence-based, individualized treatment plans to maximize functional recovery. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to discharge planning.
