As a Data Analyst at Trustpilot, you will collaborate with Trust teams to dig through our data and provide them with data‑driven insights, dashboards and reports. You’ll be an internal data consultant with access to our data warehouse and analytical tools including BigQuery and Looker.
Responsibilities
Be the main contact point for all regulatory and compliance reporting
Deliver expert analytics and insights to different parts of the business, through both workstream‑driven initiatives and ad‑hoc inquiries
Build data sets and dashboards that support Trust data integrity and auditability requirements
Pick the right solution for the problem you’ve got from your arsenal of analytical tools and methods
Work closely with the Comms, Investor Relations, Marketing, Compliance or Trust teams to understand their data requests and goals and deliver solutions
Present and promote your work to the wider business to enable data‑informed decision making
Scope and document projects
Standardise and automate key reports ensuring integrity, governance and data quality
Qualifications
Knowledge of reporting best practices and experience delivering actionable insights leveraging BI tools (Looker)
Experience in stakeholder and project management, and the confidence to deliver results to the business
Advanced SQL skills (BigQuery)
Data modelling experience: DBT or similar tools used for building data pipelines
Experience with Python is desirable
Familiarity with key analytical and statistical methodologies, such as regression, clustering, cohort analysis, A/B testing
Familiarity with Airflow
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
