Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is looking for a recent graduate to join the GAPster Program as an Operations & Business Analyst Associate. This structured 12-month program includes two rotational assignments to gain broad exposure across operational support and business analytics. Ideal candidates are analytical and solution-oriented, with a completed bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and eager to develop a career in aviation, operations, or analytics. The role involves data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with frontline and corporate teams.
