Description of the role Gainesville Nissan is seeking a team oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Gainesville, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team and executing strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and motivate sales team members
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue
Monitor sales performance and provide coaching as needed
