About
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement project‑management tools, automate workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, and integrate other technological solutions.
Create dashboards, automate data collection, and support strategic reporting needs.
Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, develop solutions, and implement improvements across multiple departments.
Collaborate with project teams and fund managers to gather information, brainstorm solutions, evaluate changes, and resolve issues.
Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical staff.
Support professional development and training for staff engaged in capital delivery.
Adhere to all safety rules, policies, regulations, and personal protective equipment requirements to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certification in a quantitative field (computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics, statistics, etc.).
Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (R or Python).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in business process improvement.
Knowledge of project‑management principles and tools.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate), Tableau or other data‑visualization software is a plus.
Experience developing dashboards and automating workflows.
One year of graduate semester credits in relevant fields (HR administration, business administration, public administration, statistics, tests and measurements, or psychology) may substitute for required experience.
