Key Responsibilities
Provide desktop and deskside support for hardware, software, and network‑related issues.
Deliver field service support for onsite IT incidents and service requests.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Support and troubleshoot printers and related hardware.
Manage IT assets, including inventory tracking, deployment, and recovery.
Perform system imaging, reimaging, and device provisioning activities.
Ensure timely resolution of tickets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Document support activities and adhere to IT service management processes.
