About
We are looking for a support technician to join our service team in a role that blends remote support with onsite client visits. You will be the person clients count on when something is not working, and the one who helps keep it from breaking in the first place.
What you will do:
Respond to and resolve client support requests, both remotely and onsite
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, networks, and Microsoft 365
Set up and configure hardware and software for clients
Work alongside senior engineers on larger projects and escalations
Travel to client sites in southeastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois
Keep clear notes and communicate status so clients always know where things stand
Who you are:
You have hands‑on IT support experience and genuinely enjoy solving problems
You can explain technical things in plain language to people who are not technical
You are reliable, organized, and follow through
You are comfortable working both on your own and as part of a team
You have a valid driver’s license and can travel to client sites in the region
We care more about aptitude and how you treat people than a specific checklist of certifications or tools. If you are good with clients and good with technology, we want to talk.
