This team drives scalable, governed, and business-aligned AI solutions across our global operations in EMEA, USA, and APAC.
Position Overview We are seeking a Junior AI Solutions Engineer to join the TenCate AI Taskforce. In this role, you will support the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions within a governed delivery framework. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT governance teams to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable AI capabilities that create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities AI Solution Development
Support development of AI solutions across commercial, operational, and marketing domains
Work within the enterprise AI stack (Claude, Azure, Fabric, Copilot, Power BI)
Assist in building models, workflows, and integrations aligned with business needs
AI Lifecycle Execution
Support testing, deployment, and optimization of AI solutions
Assist with monitoring data quality, model performance, and system reliability
Help maintain pipelines, integrations, and reusable components
Governance & Compliance (Critical)
Operate strictly within the AI Taskforce delivery model
Follow architecture, security, and data governance standards
Participate in structured intake, validation, and approval processes
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement (Critical)
Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT governance teams
Help translate business requirements into technical solutions
Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams across regions
Adoption, Training & Documentation
Assist with user onboarding and training for new AI solutions
Help create documentation, playbooks, and knowledge materials
Gather user feedback and support continuous improvement
Develop skills in AI engineering, data pipelines, and system integration
Contribute to reusable components and internal best practices

Data Scraping and Modeling: AI-based agents for locating potential turf sales leads via public information
Commercial Intelligence: AI-driven insights from Salesforce to support sales teams
Supply Chain Optimization: Predictive models for planning, quality, and logistics
Circular Economy & Sustainability: AI supporting ONE-DNA™ recyclability and traceability
Risk & Regulatory Monitoring: Automated compliance and sustainability reporting
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
0–3 years of experience (internships included)
Foundational knowledge of Python, SQL, and data processing
Understanding of APIs and system integration
Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, Copilot)
Basic understanding of AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot)
Awareness of data quality, security, and governance principles
Preferred
Exposure to enterprise environments or governed delivery models
Experience with Power BI, Azure ML, or Fabric
Prior involvement in AI, data, or automation projects
Completed coursework, certifications, or professional development programs in usage of AI modeling for data management or application development
