Column technical Services is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with ALIP expertise who excels at translating complex business needs into impactful solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead key discussions, and play a vital part in delivering high-quality implementations. Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Accenture Life Insurance & Annuity Platform (ALIP) implementations.
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.
Lead requirement workshops and manage requirement traceability.
Support SIT/UAT cycles and business validation.
Ensure alignment with insurance domain processes.
Requirements
6-10 years of experience working with ALIP or comparable platforms
Bachelor's degree in a related field required
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Team-focused with a collaborative approach to problem solving
