About

Job Overview CCFBank is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to support and enhance the performance, security, and reliability of the Bank’s technology environment. In this role, you will manage network infrastructure, administer systems and cloud resources, and ensure the integrity of information security practices across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
Implement and maintain Information Security standards across the Bank’s networks.
Administer hardware and software that comprise the Bank’s networks.
Administer the Bank’s virtual environment including network storage.
Administer the Bank’s Office 365 environment.
Perform technology needs analysis, recommendations and risk analysis.
Plan, implement and support the network and computing infrastructure.
Document IT assets, configurations and hardening standards.
Manage vulnerability and patch management across the Bank’s networks.
Manage the Bank’s log management systems, replication and backup operations.
Administer outsourced/managed service environments.
Ensure operation of the Bank’s disaster recovery assets.
Participate as a member of the incident response team during technology emergencies or breaches.
Provide daily operational assistance, support and guidance to Bank personnel using information resources.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone.
Prepare routine and special reports as required.
Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
Test programs, troubleshoot, diagnose problems, implement corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field.
Substitution: Five (5) years of directly related full-time experience performing the functions outlined above may be considered in lieu of the degree.
Five (5) years of experience in information technology systems.
Combination of education, training, and experience providing necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of this position.
Desired Experience
Experience in the financial services industry.
