About
Role Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and support large‑scale network architectures aligned with long‑term organizational goals.
Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot BGP and OSPF routing across diverse, high‑demand environments.
Build and maintain resilient Layer 2, Layer 3, and MPLS network solutions.
Apply deep knowledge of transport systems and physical connectivity to ensure end‑to‑end reliability.
Oversee upgrades, patching, and security improvements while minimizing service impact.
Conduct capacity planning, traffic modeling, and performance analysis to anticipate future needs.
Mentor and support junior and mid‑level engineers, providing technical direction and best practices.
Enhance monitoring, incident response, and overall network performance.
Maintain a strong security posture and ensure adherence to industry standards.
Produce clear, comprehensive documentation for designs, configurations, and operational workflows.
Qualifications
10+ years of hands‑on experience in enterprise or large‑scale network environments.
Expert‑level understanding of BGP and OSPF in production settings.
Proven background designing and managing Layer 2, Layer 3, and MPLS networks.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
Extensive experience with Cisco and Juniper technologies.
Advanced networking certifications (CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, etc.) strongly preferred.
Strong foundation in network security concepts and defensive architecture.
