Sales Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting both broadcast and digital advertising operations by ensuring advertising campaigns are accurately entered, scheduled, and executed according to client specifications. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Support sales fulfillment efforts by entering and managing broadcast, streaming, OTT, and digital advertising orders.
Process new orders, revisions, and change requests across a wide range of television, streaming, and digital advertising products.
Provide account coordination support for local Account Executives.
Work closely with sales, traffic, and operations teams to ensure accurate campaign execution and delivery.
Respond to advertiser and agency requests by providing proof-of-performance materials, including airchecks, pre- and post-logs, pacing reports, and campaign documentation.
Utilize inventory reports and campaign data to assist in the creation and execution of make‑good schedules and solutions.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while meeting strict deadlines.
Develop a working knowledge of both traditional broadcast inventory and modern digital advertising products to support integrated marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Working knowledge of digital advertising products, ad serving, streaming/OTT platforms, and digital marketing technologies.
Ability to quickly learn and navigate both linear television and digital advertising ecosystems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills with a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Two or more years of experience in broadcast traffic, digital advertising operations, sales support, media, or a related field preferred.
Experience with WideOrbit Traffic and WideOrbit Media Sales is preferred but not required.
Position is hybrid after training is complete.
Pay Range: $22 - $25 USD
