PCS is looking for a Residential Consultant to support continued growth in the Twin Cities Metro area. This role is focused on field sales, door knocking, exterior inspections, and building relationships with homeowners.
This is a strong fit for someone who is competitive and comfortable spending most of their day in the field. The ideal candidate is not afraid of rejection, willing to knock doors consistently, and comfortable working around roofs, storm damage, and homeowner conversations.
PCS provides training and backend support so representatives can stay focused on generating opportunities, building trust with homeowners, and closing business.
Key Responsibilities
Canvass neighborhoods and speak with homeowners about roofing, siding, windows, and exterior restoration needs
Inspect properties for storm-related or exterior damage
Meet with insurance adjusters as needed
Educate homeowners on the restoration process
Track sales activity, follow-ups, and customer communication
Attend morning meetings, weekly training, and field check-ins
Work closely with internal support teams for estimating, project management, production, and customer service
Maintain consistent field activity and follow through on assigned goals

Qualifications
Outside sales, door-to-door sales, roofing, restoration, windows, siding, or home improvement experience preferred
Comfortable knocking doors and handling rejection
Comfortable working outside and in the field
Comfortable inspecting roofs or working around roof-related claims
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Valid driver’s license required
Reliable vehicle required
