To shape the end‑to‑end user experience for a diverse range of stakeholders, the full‑time remote UX Design Manager will define and implement UI/UX standards, lead design initiatives across multiple product areas, and mentor a team of designers while actively participating in the design process.
Key responsibilities
Establish the design vision, principles, and standards for UI/UX across the company
Lead UX design efforts across various product areas, ensuring consistency and usability
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experiences
Required qualifications
5+ years of professional UX or product design experience, with 1-2 years in a management role
Strong portfolio showcasing user‑centered design and interaction design thinking
Experience with both modern and legacy design systems
Proficiency in modern design tools, preferably Figma
Ability to conduct user research and synthesize insights into actionable design recommendations
