Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (must be open to permanent hire)
Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days per week in office

About The Role We are seeking a skilled Workday Security Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time, dedicated role responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting Workday security solutions that enable secure, reliable, and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will partner with both technical and business stakeholders to maintain security configuration, resolve issues, and support enhancements across Workday environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, implement, and support Workday security solutions across assigned environments and business functions.
Monitor system health, performance, and availability; resolve issues affecting operations or user experience.
Support Workday-related security audits and internal access control certification processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Analyze problems, identify root causes, and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
Apply information security standards in solution design, configuration, and development; ensure alignment with corporate Risk and IT Security policies.
Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce risk, or lower cost.
Evaluate Workday releases, new features, and leading practices; recommend adoption opportunities.
Communicate security dependencies, impacts, and constraints clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
Support Workday integrations, reporting, and data movement tools used within the platform.
Participate in knowledge sharing, training, and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of applied Workday experience supporting and configuring end-to-end security across functions such as Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Finance, or Procurement.
Strong knowledge of the Workday security model, including security groups, business process security, report security, and integration security.
Experience supporting Workday integrations, reporting, and data movement tools; familiarity with EIBs and related integration concepts preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and support system releases, impact analysis, testing, and release activities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to create and maintain clear system documentation for both technical and business audiences.
Familiarity with REST or SOAP APIs, integration frameworks, and single sign-on (SSO) technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Workday Pro Certification.
Experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
