Role Overview Join our growing team as Desktop Support in Andover, MA, providing workstation software break fix support, IMAC, image loads, asset recovery, and other client support duties. What You Will Do Provide workstation software break fix support, IMAC, image loads, asset recovery, and other client support duties. Requirements Minimum 5 years of working experience in Desktop Support Knowledge of PC Imaging Experience with change management and incident management Experience with using tools such as: ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink and Secure Disk Wipe Must be within driving distance of Andover, MA and willing to work onsite Must possess an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance or above Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time Must be able to walk up and down stairs or ramps Must be able to kneel and work under desks or in confined spaces Benefits Ongoing learning and development opportunities Health benefits Retirement benefits Professional development benefits
