Human Resources Generalist

- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- $30 to $40 per hour, depending on experience
- Temp to hire, fully onsite
- Serve as a primary resource for employee relations matters including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance issues
- Partner with managers to provide guidance on HR policies, employee concerns, and best practices
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits coordination, and compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies
- Assist with training initiatives and employee engagement programs
- Collaborate with HR leadership and team members on ongoing projects and organizational initiatives
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience, with strong exposure to employee relations
- Experience supporting a mid to large size employee population preferred
- Knowledge of California employment law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate sensitive situations
- Comfortable working onsite and within a team oriented HR environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
