Plaintiff Paralegal Lexington, KY (Onsite) Salary: $50,000-$75,000, depending on experience
We are seeking a detail-oriented Plaintiff Paralegal to join a busy, fully onsite legal team in Lexington, KY. This role supports attorneys in plaintiff-side matters and requires strong case management and client communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage plaintiff cases from intake through resolution, including maintaining case files and tracking deadlines
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, and routine legal correspondence
  • Review, organize, and summarize medical records and bills (highly preferred)
  • Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and experts to support case development
  • Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness coordination
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in plaintiff-side litigation required
  • Experience handling and reviewing medical records strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple cases
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
