We are seeking a detail-oriented Plaintiff Paralegal to join a busy, fully onsite legal team in Lexington, KY. This role supports attorneys in plaintiff-side matters and requires strong case management and client communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage plaintiff cases from intake through resolution, including maintaining case files and tracking deadlines
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and routine legal correspondence
- Review, organize, and summarize medical records and bills (highly preferred)
- Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and experts to support case development
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness coordination
- Prior experience in plaintiff-side litigation required
- Experience handling and reviewing medical records strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple cases
