Lead Program Manager

Lead and manage high-impact programs from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, engineering, finance, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of program objectives.

Prepare high-quality executive-level reports, presentations, and dashboards that summarize program progress, risks, and key decisions.

Present updates and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.

Identify program risks and issues proactively and implement mitigation strategies.

Drive continuous improvement in program processes and communication methods.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 50,000Maximum Compensation: USD 177,000Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
