Active LPN license in good standing Team-focused, dependable, and organized Strong communication skills and clinical judgment Commitment to resident dignity and confidentiality
Employment contingent on required background check clearance.
$5,000 Sign-on Bonus
Requirements Education Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing. Licenses/Certification Current valid LPN license in the state employed. Valid CPR certification. Experience Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
