Job DescriptionThe Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing and finalizing solutions related to new and existing products, CRM projects and services. The Project Manager sets milestones for each project, coordinates the development teams, to effectively and efficiently deliver projects according to plan. This position will be virtual. The project manager should have a working knowledge of servers and CRM, with the ability to troubleshoot, test, and advise on projects using the platforms. You need to be able to work from 9am -5pm Eastern US time. Responsibilities include creating and managing the plan for moving technical solutions to final client hand-off, assembling and coordinating development from start to finish, adapting to existing projects and developing new project plans, effectively working with development teams, tracking project status, proactively managing changes in project scope, owning the communication and execution of solution hand-over to clients, technology and other team members at designated milestones, developing and delivering progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations, testing code, reviewing, and recommending changes. Required skills include the ability to communicate in writing and speaking in English, database knowledge, knowledge of CRM and Zoho, ability to document requirements, knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, problem solving, analytical and communication abilities.
