Project Manager

Engage in planning meetings and discussions along with Client Project Manager and other stakeholders

Review running project schedules and methodology

Perform assessment of client defined plan and execution schedule & advise for adjustments, if require

Collaborate with all stakeholders participating in planning and execution to keep project at par with timelines

Provides guidance to team to stay on the track and fast track the execution

Monitor project progress and provide recommendations to adjust the schedule

Provides recommendations to mitigate project risks and issues

Assist Client PM in planning and execution

Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

Communication/liaison with the CBS-IT Project and Operation Team

Identifies and assigns appropriate resources to accomplish various project tasks; guides and coaches team members through various stages of the project; provides developmental feedback to team members
