Western Horizons Care Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel assignment in a Long Term Care facility. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and work closely with the healthcare team to support residents' health, comfort, and well-being. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced LTC environment. Contract Details
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Pay Rate: $70 per hour
Shift: Variable - Nights
Shift Length: 12-Hour Shifts
Housing: Prime Time Healthcare Provided Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Assist residents with daily activities and ensure comfort and safety Follow infection control policies and facility procedures Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals Requirements Active
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License (North Dakota or Compact License preferred) Minimum
1 year of LTC / Skilled Nursing experience preferred Current
