Forecasting hardware demand based on historical usage trends Capacity planning and future inventory needs Lead-time planning to ensure hardware availability Financial Acumen
Candidate should understand:
Budget planning Capital Expense (CapEx) Operational Expense (OpEx) Asset depreciation P&L basics
