Financial services firm seeking a CISCO Engineer for its NYC office.
Firm specializes in flexible FIX-based equity order management systems and full front-to-back office integration and compliance reporting services.
Responsibilities :
Monitor the performance of the existing network, routers, switches and firewalls, both internal and customer facing.
Provide day to day support to customer connectivity issues or new connectivity requests
Maintain technical skills on Cisco routers and switches and Juniper firewalls
Participate in engineering new solutions for networking or monitoring
Installation and troubleshooting of new telecom circuit connectivity
Maintaining the internal phone system and VPN connectivity.
Qualifications Qualifications :
3-5 years experience with CISCO / Juniper networks
Experience with designing networks
