Responsibilities
Translate business requirements and information into decisioning software logic designs.
Write programming code, customize decisioning application software, and perform appropriate quality assurance checks before hand‑off to quality assurance colleagues.
Perform unit and integration testing of new or modified business logic.
Maintain the required reference data for executing the decisioning logic, including offer compatibility.
Resolve inquiries and service for the screening, prioritization, and resolution of production defects.
Assist in diagnosing application issues and creating post‑implementation support documentation.
Run queries to analyze customer interactions and take actions to mitigate anomalies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistical Modeling, Data Science, or related field followed by two (2) years of experience in the role or in a related position.
Utilize Pega PRPC, Java, JavaScript, and SQL for custom logic and data handling; develop REST/SOAP services, connectors, and data pages to integrate with external systems.
Use SQL to analyze, query, and validate data across relational databases, ensuring data quality meets business requirements.
Manage real‑time data integration and provisioning using Apache Kafka to enable seamless data flow for business‑critical applications.
Leverage cloud‑based data solutions using AWS Redshift to enable scalable data storage and high‑performance querying for business intelligence.
Design and optimize relational databases to store, retrieve, and provision structured data in accordance with business and analytics requirements.
Utilize Tableau to create customized reports and visualizations.
Apply data mining techniques, including clustering and association, to discover trends, patterns, and anomalies in data supporting business teams with actionable insights.
Conduct statistical analysis using methods such as A/B testing and regression analysis to validate and support key business initiatives.
Perform data profiling tasks to ensure data is accurate, clean, and aligned with business objectives before provisioning to analytical environments.
Maintain continuous data provisioning using DBeaver for database interaction, enabling seamless integration with relational databases for data support.
Leverage SAS to automate the provisioning of datasets, ensuring data is pre‑processed and ready for analysis or modeling.
May telecommute from any U.S. location.
Worksite: 200 Station Drive, Westwood, Massachusetts 02090, United States, 40 hrs/wk. Salary range: $118,600 - $138,000/yr. EO employer.
