Responsibilities Sell wireless devices, plans, and accessories to customers. Process new activations and upgrades. Connect customers with the right wireless solutions across our partner carriers (Rogers, Bell, Telus, Koodo, Fido, Public Mobile, Freedom Mobile, Virgin Plus, Lucky Mobile, and Chatr). Maintain a high level of customer service in a high‑traffic retail environment.
