Required qualifications
High school diploma or GED; degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or Management preferred Minimum of five years of experience in building maintenance, including supervision and hands-on facilities maintenance Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with CMMS highly preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and employee relation skills Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with personnel and clients
