About

Leading data warehouse design and ETL development, the full-time Senior Business Intelligence Developer will manage data analysis and reporting solutions using Microsoft BI tools while mentoring a team of BI developers in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities
Establish and improve data management frameworks to enhance data quality and standards Design and develop data mapping and ETL processes, along with data models for the data warehouse Perform design and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards among team members
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience Seven or more years of experience in data analysis, design, and coding of data warehouse solutions Proficiency in Microsoft BI Tools (SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Power Query, Power BI) Experience in the insurance industry is a plus Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
