Your architecture won't just serve our business; it will set a precedent for the entire title and settlement industry. This job requires availability during Central Time Zone; with mandatory daily availability 9:00am Central - 11:00am Central. Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Service Cloud to meet the evolving needs of Direct Division. Design & implement scalable technical solutions with the configuration before code mindset. Design, document and implement integrations with other systems and tools ensuring data consistency, data integrity, and adaptability. Create Lightning Web Components and applications to drive productivity, engagement, and best in class user experience. Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and controllers as necessary to extend the utilization of our CRM platform. Support system performance monitoring, proactively addressing issues, and iterating on solutions based on user feedback. Collaborate closely with cross functional teams such as data operations, analytics, information security, and DevOps to ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Support and help manage technical debt ensuring high reusability of common features. Mentor team members on technical standards, best practices, and overall technical excellence. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have proven expertise extending the Salesforce platform, passion to drive innovation, and be intrinsically motivated to deliver successful results. A minimum of 7 + years of direct experience developing on the Salesforce platform. Well versed in Salesforce best practices and methodologies along with a solid understanding of the product vision. Advanced proficiency with Salesforce core and industry-centric toolkits including but not limited to flows, validation rules, custom metadata, connected apps, user permissions/entitlements, flex cards, omni scripts, and integration procedures. Expert skills in developing Lightning web components, platform events, Visualforce, Apex, and APIs. Knowledge of data integration tools with experience integrating Salesforce across enterprise systems. Critical thinking skills with the ability to spot gaps, challenge assumptions, push back and offer best-practice alternatives to ideas. Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience with one or more of these Salesforce solutions: Financial Services Cloud Marketing Cloud AgentForce Data Cloud OmniStudio CRM Analytics (FKNA Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics) Required Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer II Salesforce Application and/or System Architect Pay Range: $126,100 - $193,325 Annually This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
