About

Business Analyst We're looking for a Business Analyst‑Level1 on behalf of our client. This is a 6‑month contract assignment (W‑2). You will work with our client’s Regulatory & Political Affairs, Legal and outside vendors to prepare and implement contracts for lobbying and political consultants. Requires concise writing, proofreading and editing for spelling and grammar. Can work in a team environment at all levels. If you have a background working as a paralegal it could be beneficial. You will report to the onsite Manager. Location: Juno Beach, FL33408. Key Responsibilities Ensure retention of contracts and supporting documentation on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site. Maintain the Lobbyist, Consultants and Trades Report on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site. Ensure proper coding of invoices and payment of vendors. Prepare requests for political contributions and track them on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site. Prepare quarterly BOD reporting of political contributions. Qualifications Follow established workflows and guidelines, understand office procedures and practices. Requires clear and concise writing, proofreading and editing for spelling and grammar. Must be able to work in a team environment. Background working as a paralegal could be beneficial.
